Extract the files using 7-zip and place them in your steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data directory.

Repeat the same steps to install HUDFramework using Nexus Mod Manager/Vortex. Note: The mod weighs in at about 250 MB (425 MB for the 3-in-1 version) and free users are limited to about 1 MB/sec when downloading from the the Nexus Mods site. You must be on the latest version of Fallout in order to use this mod.
